不同浸种温度对白菜种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响
摘要 以大白菜早熟5号为试验材料,设置15、30、60、90 ℃ 4种初始温度浸种,探讨不同温度浸种条件对白菜种子种子萌发和幼苗胚根生长及叶片SPAD值的影响。结果表明,白菜种子的萌发和幼苗生长发育会随着浸种初始温度的不同而有差异,初始温度30 ℃浸种条件下,白菜种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数最高,分别为84%、79.33%、5.49;高温和低温浸种不利于白菜种子的萌发,随着温度的升高,发芽率呈下降趋势,浸种初始温度对白菜发芽情况的影响显著。不同浸种初始温度下,对白菜幼苗胚根和叶片SPAD值影响不同;30℃始温浸种条件下,白菜种子幼苗胚根长度最长,叶片SPAD值比常温(15 ℃)浸种高38.35%。

Abstract Using Brassica pekinensis(Loureiro)Rupr Zaoshu 5 as experimental material,setting 15 ℃,30 ℃,60 ℃ and 90 ℃ four initial temperatures,the effects of different soaking temperature conditions on seed germination of B. pekinensis and radicle growth and leaf SPAD value was discussed. The results showed that seed germination and the growth and development of B. pekinensis seedling were different with the change of initial temperature,when initial soaking temperature was 30 ℃,seed germination rate,germination potential and germination index were highest,they were 84%,79.33%,5.49,respectivery;high temperature and low temperature were not conducive to the germination of B. pekinensis seed soaking,the germination rate showed a decreasing trend with the increase of temperature.The effect of initial soaking temperature on germination of B. pekinensis seed was significantly. Under different initial soaking temperature conditions,the radicle length and leaf SPAD of B. pekinensis were different;under the condition of soaking seeds at 30 ℃,the length of radicle was the longest,and the SPAD value of B. pekinensis leaf was 38.35% higher than normal temperature(15 ℃).
