不同赤霉素浓度对澳洲坚果种子萌发后根系形态的影响 　　摘 要 ?榱嗣魅烦嗝顾囟园闹藜峁?种子萌发后根系形态的影响。利用不同浓度的赤霉素处理澳洲坚果‘O.C’种子，在沙床上培养50 d后，对种子萌发数、株高、茎粗等进行统计和分析，并用根系分析软件WinRHIZO对根系形态进行分析。结果表明：（1）经过赤霉素处理后，澳洲坚果种子的萌发率、株高及茎粗均显著高于对照组，其中以300 mg/L处理的萌发率最高、茎粗最大，而株高随处理浓度的增加而增高。（2）处理后的根长、根表面积和根体积均大于对照组；当赤霉素浓度大于300 mg/L时，根系长度达到谷值，但是根系平均直径达到峰值，说明当赤霉素浓度增加到一定值（300 mg/L）时，先会抑制根系的纵向生长，促进根系的横向生长；超过峰值后，随着浓度的增加，又会抑制根系的横向生长，促进根系的纵向生长。（3）不同浓度处理后，粗根（L4.0 mm）根长均大于对照，而细根（0L≤2.0 mm）除300 mg/L处理的略小于对照，其余处理都大于对照，以500 mg/L处理最大；细根和粗根的根系表面积均大于对照，说明赤霉素对澳洲坚果的粗根及细根都有促进生长的作用。 　　关键词 澳洲坚果 ；赤霉素 ；种子萌发 ；根系形态 ；WinRHIZO 　　中图分类号 S664 文献标识码 A Doi：10.12008/j.issn.1009-2196.2018.03.002 　　Abstract In order to clarify the effect of gibberellin on root morphology of Macadamia （Macadamia ternifolia F. Muell） after seed germination， the seeds of Macadamia （O.C） were treated with gibberellin with different concentrations， and the numbers of germinated seeds， plant height and stem diameter were calculated and analyzed after the seed were cultured for 50 days on the sand bed. The results showed that the Macadamia seeds treated with gibberellin was significantly higher in germination rate， plant height and stem diameter than those of the control， and that the treatment with 300 mg/L of gibberellin was highest in germination rate and seedlings stem diameter whereas the plant height was increased with the concentration of gibberellin. The Macadamia seeds treated with gibberellin produced higher root length， root surface area and root volume than those of the control. When the gibberellin concentration was 300 mg/L， the root length reached the valley value， but the root mean diameter reached the peak value. This indicates that when the gibberellin concentration increased to a certain level （300 mg/L）， gibberellin would inhibit the longitudinal growth of the roots and promote the horizontal growth of the roots， whereas if the concentration was higher than this level gibberellin would restrain the horizontal growth and promote the longitudinal growth of the roots wi
