PAGE PAGE I 摘要 本设计为内蒙古自治区赤峰市办公楼设计。全楼主体共五层，建筑面积约为5600㎡。设计分为两部分：第一部分是建筑部分，包括对建筑的周围的环境设计，建筑的平面设计，建筑立面的设计，建筑剖面设计，建筑构造做法及材料的选用。建筑布局满足使用要求。第二部分为结构设计，本设计的结构采用横向框架承重体系，选取一榀框架进行水平力和竖向力计算，并进行内力组合，以确定最不利内力，并进行截面设计。包括框架梁、板、柱、楼梯、雨篷及基础的截面设计等。其中对框架梁、板、柱的设计都采用了比较常用的弹性理论方案。本设计为7度抗震设防烈度设计。设计后达到了强度、刚度和稳定性方面的要求。 关键词：建筑 框架 混凝土 抗震设计 Abstract This design for Inner Mongolia autonomous region chifeng city office building design. QuanLou subject of five layers, building area is about 5,600 ㎡. Design is divided into two parts: the first part is building parts, including the buildings surrounding environment design, architecture of graphic design, the design of the building elevation, building profile design, architecture building methods and materials to choose. The architectural layout meets the requirement. The second part is the structural design, the design adopts horizontal frame structure, bearing system for selecting a horizontal force and investigated.one vertical force calculation, and force combination, to determine the most unfavorable internal force, and section design. Including frame beam, plate, column, stair, rain the section design based awnings and etc. Among the frame beam, plate, column are adopted the design are two commonly used elasticity theory scheme. This design for 7 degree seismic fortification intensity design. After the design reached the strength, stiffness and stability requirement.
