社团工作室大学生影视创新能力培养新模式 　　摘要： 当今影视创意产业迫切需求有思想、有能力的影视人才，但大部分高校在影视人才培养上的渠道单一，培养出来的学生很难满足市场和社会的需求的情况。为解决供与求的矛盾，改变现阶段高校大多依靠传统授课模式，而在为学生提供实践机会和技能训练上相对薄弱的情形，笔者团队提出了“社团+工作室”的新的影视人才培养模式。 　　新模式中社团着力于学生主观能动性的发挥，工作室着力于就业创业的实战训练。在“校内初培”与“校外深造”的双结合下，切实传授给学生影视制作技能，提升学生的影视创新能力。从而为高校搭建一条由校园到社会的影视人才输出渠道，并在一定程度上为大学生提供新的就业创业新出路。 　　Abstract： Nowadays the creative industry of film and television is in urgent need of film and television talents with ideas and abilities， but most colleges and universities have a single channel in the cultivation of film and television talents. It is very difficult to meet the needs of the market and the society. In order to solve the contradiction between supply and demand and change the situation that most colleges and universities rely on the traditional teaching mode at present， we provide a new film and television talent training mode of community+ studio in providing students with practical opportunities and skills training. 　　In the new model， the community focuses on students subjective initiative， and the studio focuses on actual combat training for employment and entrepreneurship.
