中国体育发展走向的研究 　　摘 要：从国家历史演进的视角对中国体育发展走向进行研究，认为新中国成立以来我国体育发展走向经历了3个阶段，包括普及与提高相结合的体育事业发展期；竞技体育与群众体育的曲折发展期；竞技体育优先发展，群众体育“随动”发展期。认为中国体育的发展始终服务于国家发展战略，满足了不同时期国家利益的需要；“赶超型”的战略思想贯穿始终，表现出动态性、应对性和局限性等特征。提出要发挥体育在国家崛起中的战略价值，未来中国体育发展战略要继续服务于国家发展战略，满足新时期国家利益的需求；体育战略发展既要重视国家政治诉求，也要满足社会人本需求；重点应包括青少年体质健康、公共服务水平和体育的经济文化价值。 　　关 键 词：体育管理；体育战略；群众体育；竞技体育；中国 　　中图分类号：G80-05 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-7116（2016）02-0012-06 　　A study of Chinese sports development trend 　　PENG Guo-qiang1，2，SHU Sheng-fang1 　　（1.School of Physical Education and Training，Shanghai University of Sport，Shanghai 200438，China； 　　2.Department of Physical Education，Changzhou College of Information Technology，Changzhou 213164，China） 　　Abstract： From the perspective of national historical evolution， the authors studied Chinese sports development trend， and drew the following conclusions： since the founding of new China， Chinese sports development has gone through 3 stages， including a popularization and improvement combined sports undertaking development period， a competitive sports and mass sports zigzag development period， and a competitive sports followed by mass sports development period； Chinese sports development always serves national development strategies， having met national interest needs in different periods； “exceeding type” strategic ideology has been implemented all the time， showing such characteristics as dynamic， responsive， limited etc. The authors put forward the following proposals： in order to exert sports strategic value in China’s rising， future Chinese sports development should continue to serve national development strategies， meet national interest needs in the new period； sports strategy development should value China’s political demands， also meet social and humanistic needs； teenager fitness， public service and sports economic and cultural value should be highlighted primarily. 　　Key words： sports management；sports strategy；mass sports；competitive sports；China 　　体育发展战略是遵循体育发展规律，在国家政治、经济、文化、教
