我国利率市场化改革问题研究 摘要：实现利率市场化，对金融机构改革具有重要意义。近年来我国一直在确保金融稳定的前提下，稳步推动利率市场化，利率市场化已经是必然趋势。随着经济体制改革的深入推进，利率市场化已成为我国金融改革的重点之一，利率市场化作为中国金融改革的重要组成部分,近年来已取得了较为瞩目的成就。本文通过介绍利率市场化，回顾我国利率市场化过程，研究利率市场化理论，进而系统分析我国利率市场化过程中的所遇到的问题及影响，并借鉴国外经验对我国利率市场化改革提出建议。 关键字：利率市场化；利率风险；金融深化  The research of interest rate marketization reform problems in China Abstract: Realize the marketization of interest rate reform of financial institutions to have the important meaning. In recent years, our country has been in to ensure financial stability, under the premise of steadily promote market-oriented interest rate, the interest rate marketization is an inevitable trend. Along with the economic system reform of advance, the interest rate marketization has become the focus of Chinese financial reform, one of Chinas market-oriented interest rate as an important part of the financial reform in recent years, already obtained achievements. This paper through the introduction of the interest rate marketization, reviewing interest rate marketization process, research interest rate marketization theory, which system analysis of Chinas interest rate marketization process of the problems and effect, and the experience abroad on Chinas market-oriented interest rate reform suggestions.
