第PAGE 49页 中国矿业大学2007届本科生毕业设计 第PAGE 1页 中国矿业大学2007届本科生毕业设计 摘 要 本设计包括三个部分：一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。 一般部分为城郊煤矿240万t新井设计，共分10章：1.矿区概述及井田地质特征；2.井田境界和储量；3.矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限；4.井田开拓；5.准备方式-带区巷道布置；6.采煤方法；7.井下运输；8.矿井提升；9.矿井通风与安全技术；10.矿井基本技术经济指标。 城郊煤矿位于河南省永城市境内，覆盖城关乡、城厢乡的全部及侯岭、双桥、十八里、将口乡的一部分。东西长约8.5km，南北宽约5.7km，勘探面积约48.1km2。井田内可采煤层为二2煤，其赋存稳定，厚度平均3.5m，倾角平均8.2°，为缓倾斜煤层。井田内工业储量为26657.71万t，可采储量为19870.2万t，矿井服务年限为63.69 a。矿井平均涌水量为180 矿井采用双立井开拓暗斜井延深二水平，第一水平标高为－660m，第二水平标高为-800m。前期采用中央并列式通风，后期采用两翼对角式通风。一矿一面，矿井采用倾斜长壁综合机械化采煤法，一次采全高。煤炭运输采用钢丝绳芯胶带，辅助运输大巷 矿井年工作日为330 d，每天净提升时间16 h。矿井工作制度为： “三八”制，两班生产，一班检修。 专题部分题目是回采巷道支护技术及特点分析。 翻译部分是一篇关于无人工作面综合机械化刨煤机机组的论文，英文原文题目为：Research and practice of unmanned mining face with full mechanized plow。 关键词：立井；带区；一次采全高 ABSTRACT This design can be divided into three sections: general design, monographic study and translation of an academic paper. The general design is about a 2.4 Mt/a new underground mine design of Chengjiao coal mine. It contains ten chapters: 1.overview and the geographical features of the mining field; 2.boundary and reserves of the mining field; 3.working system, designed mine capacity and mine life; 4.development of mining field; 5.preparation in strip district; 6.coal mining method; 7.underground conveying; 8.mine exaltation; 9.mine ventilation and safety technology; 10.the basic technical and economic index. Chengjiao coal mine lies in Yongcheng, Henan province. The boundary of the mine field runs 5.7km from north to south and 8.5km from west to east on average. The total plane area of the mine is about 48.1km2. There is only one exploring layer--number two. Its average thickness of the seam is 3.5m and it’s stable and flatly inclined. Its dip angle is 8.2 degree on average. The industry reserves of the mine field are 266.57 million tons and the useable reserves are 198.70 million tons. The service life is 63.69 years.
