以双氯芬酸二乙胺软膏为传导基质的超声治疗在颈部应力性疼痛中的应用效果 　　[摘要] 目的 ?u价应用以双氯芬酸二乙胺软膏为传导基质的超声治疗在颈部应力性疼痛中的应用效果。 方法 选择于2015年3月～2017年2月在江西省人民医院康复医学科门诊就诊，诊断为颈部应力性疼痛的患者120例，采用随机数字表法分为A、B、C三组，每组各40例。A组以休息加双氯芬酸二乙胺软膏局部外用，B组以普通耦合剂作为超声传导基质，C组以双氯芬酸二乙胺软膏作为超声传导基质。疗程5 d。观察比较三组患者的治疗前后的视觉模拟评分（VAS）、疼痛治疗显效时间、临床综合疗效。 结果 治疗后三组VAS评分均较治疗前明显改善（P 0.05）。C组显效率及总有效率均高于A组和B组，差异均有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 用双氯芬酸二乙胺软膏作为传导基质能提高超声波治疗颈部应力性疼痛的临床效果。 　　[关键词] 双氯芬酸二乙胺软膏；超声治疗；传导基质；颈部应力性疼痛 　　[中图分类号] R454.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2017）11（a）-0099-04 　　Clinical analysis of the application of diclofenac diethylamine ointment for conduction matrix of ultrasound in the treatment of stress pain in the neck 　　SHEN Lufeng1 DU Xiaomei1 ZHANG Suihui2 XIAO Zebu1 SUN Yanqun3 　　1.Department of Rehabilitation Medicine， Jiangxi Provincial People′s Hospital， Nanchang 330006， China； 2.Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Nanchang 330025， China； 3.Cadre Health Clinic， Jiangxi Provincial People′s Hospital， Nanchang 330006， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the application of diclofenac diethylamine ointment as conduction matrix of ultrasound in the treatment of stress pain in the neck.
