体外反博对冠心病患者治疗的临床研究 　　摘 要：目的：比较体外反博与常规药物在冠心病治疗中的疗效。方法：回顾符合诊断标准的100例冠心病患者，按入院顺序，随机分为反博组（50例） 和常规组（50例），比较两组治疗前后及两组间血压、心率、EF值及NT-proBNP，并比较两组治疗前后心绞痛缓解率及冠脉侧枝循环生成率。结果：两组患者血压、心率、FF值、NT-proBNP治疗前后比较差异有显著性（ P 0.05），两组间治疗后比较差异有显著性 （P0.05）；治疗后反博组的心绞痛缓解有效率、冠脉侧枝循环形成发生率高于常规组，且有显著性差异 （ P0.05）。 结论：体外反博较常规药物治疗冠心病，疗效及安全性均肯定，可以改善预后。 　　关键词： 体外反博 冠心病 EF值 NT-proBNP 心绞痛 冠脉侧枝循环 　　Abstract：Objective To compared effects of conventional drugs in the treatment of coronary heart disease with External Counter pulsation. Methods 100 cases of coronary hear t disease were randomly divided into ECP group （50 cases）and routine group （50cases），the routine group was treated with normal treatment，the ECP group was treated with ECP based on the normal treatment. Comparing the two groups before and after treatment in blood pressure，heart rate，the EF values and the NT proBNP。The rates of angina reliefand and coronary collateral circulation formation were analyzed.
