优质护理对精神分裂症患者服药依从性和护理满意度的影响 　　摘 要 目的：探讨优质护理对精神分裂症患者服药依从性和护理满意度的影响。方法：收集2016年1月―2017年1月收治的精神分裂症患者86例，分为观察组和对照组各43例。对照组给于常规护理，观察组给予优质护理，比较两组干预前和干预3个月后的服药依从性和护理满意度。结果：干预前，观察组服药依从性为46.51%（20/43），?φ兆槲?48.84%（21/43），组间差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；干预后观察组为93.02%（40/43），对照组为72.09%（31/43），组间差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组护理满意率为97.67%（42/43），对照组为83.72%（36/43），组间差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.96，P0.05）。结论：对精神分裂症患者实施优质护理可明显提高患者服药依从性及护理满意度。 　　关键词 精神分裂症；护理；优质护理；满意度；服药依从性 　　中图分类号：R749.3 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2018）06-0027-03 　　Effect of high quality nursing on medication compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients with schizophrenia 　　YU Shixiang 　　（The Fifth Ward of Corelle Hospital of Kangning， Kangning 331211， Jiangxi Province， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the effect of high quality nursing on medication compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients with schizophrenia. Methods： Eighty-six cases of schizophrenia treated from January 2016 to January 2017 were collected and divided into an observation group and a control group with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing， and the observation group was given high quality nursing. The medication compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after 3 months of intervention. Results： Before the intervention， the compliance of the observation group was 46.51%（20/43） and that of the control group was 48.84%（21/43， P0.05）. After the intervention， the compliance of the observation group was 93.02%（40/43）， that of the control group was 72.09%（31/43）， and the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P0.05）. The nursing satisfaction rates of the observation group and the control group were 97.67%（42/43） and 83.72%（36/43）， and the difference between the groups was statistically significant（χ2=4.96， P0.05）. Conclusion： The implementation of high quality nursing for schizophrenic patients can obviously improve the compliance of medication and the satisfaction of nursing. 　　KEY WO
