优质护理应用于放射造影检查中的探究 　　【摘要】 目的 研究放射造影检查中采用优质护理的价值。方法 140例放射科接受造影检查的患者作为研究对象， 其中先入院的70例患者设为对照组， 后入院的70例患者设?楣鄄熳椤６哉兆榛颊吒?予常规护理， 观察组患者在检查全过程中给予优质护理， 对比分析两组患者的不良反应发生率、心理状况、护理满意度等指标。结果 观察组患者不良反应发生率为5.71%， 对照组患者不良反应发生率为17.14%， 观察组患者的不良反应发生率低于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组焦虑发生率为15.71%， 明显低于对照组患者的31.43%， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组患者护理满意度评分为（96.9±6.2）分， 高于对照组患者的（87.5±5.7）分， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在放射造影检查的护理工作中渗透优质护理有助于提高检查依从性， 改善患者的心理状况， 并且在构建和谐护患关系上具有积极意义， 应得到推广和应用。 　　【关键词】 优质护理；放射造影检查；不良反应；护理满意度；焦虑 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.04.077 　　【Abstract】 Objective To research value of high quality nursing applied in radiation angiography examination. Methods A total of 140 patients receiving radiation angiography examination as study subjects were divided by their admission time into control group with 70 former patients and observation group with 70 latter patients. The control group received conventional nursing， and the observation group received high quality nursing in examination. Comparative analysis was made on incidence of adverse reactions， psychological status， and nursing satisfaction between the two groups. Results The observation group had incidence of adverse reactions as 5.71%， and the control group had incidence of adverse reactions as 17.14%. The observation group had lower incidence of adverse reactions than the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. The observation group had obviously lower incidence of anxiety as 15.71% than 31.43% in the control group， and their difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. The observation group had higher nursing satisfaction score as （96.9±6.2） points than （87.5±5.7） points in the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion Implement of high quality nursing fully in radiation angiography examination is helpful to enhance examination compliance and improve psychological status in patients.
