优质护理服务在肿瘤患者锁骨下中心静脉置管中的应用效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨优质护理服务在肿瘤患者锁骨下中心静脉置管中的应用效果及护理方法。 方法 2011年10月1日～2013年9月30日，将124例锁骨下中心静脉置管的肿瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各62例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上实施优质护理服务，比较两组的并发症发生率、患者满意度及导管留置时间。 结果 观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组，患者满意度高于对照组，导管留置时间长于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 对肿瘤患者锁骨下中心静脉置管实施优质护理服务，保证了置管的使用时间，减少了并发症的发生，使患者得到了有效治疗，提高了患者满意度，同时提高了护理人员的业务水平和护理质量。 　　[关键词] 优质护理服务；肿瘤患者；锁骨下中心静脉置管 　　[中图分类号] R473.73 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）07（a）-0189-03 　　Application effect of quality nursing service in subclavian central venous catheter of patients with cancer 　　GUO Ai-ping 　　Department of Radiotherapy，Taian Tumor Prevention and Treatment Hospital in Shandong Province，Taian 271000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the application effect and nursing method of quality nursing service in subclavian central venous catheter of patients with cancer. Methods From October 1，2011 to September 30，2013，124 patients with cancer given subclavian central venous catheter were randomly divided into observation group and control group and there were 62 cases in each group.The control group was used conventional service，while observation group was given quality nursing service on the basis of control group.The incidence rate of complication，satisfaction degree of patients and catheter indwelling time between two groups was compared. Results The incidence rate of complication in observation group was obviously lower than that of control group，satisfaction degree of patients was higher than that of control group，and catheter indwelling time was longer than that of control group （P0.05）.Conclusion The quality nursing is used for subclavian central venous catheter of patients with cancer ensure the use time of catheter，reduce the incidence of complication，make patients so that patients can be effectively treated，improve satisfaction degree of patients and the business level and nursing quality of nursing staff at the same time. 　　[Key words] Quality nursing service；Patients with cancer；Subclavian central veno
