哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 哈尔滨工业大学本科毕业设计（论文） - PAGE II - - PAGE III - 摘要 在生产和民用建筑中，锅炉房是主要的组成部分，其设计合理与否，不仅影响基建投资，而且也影响到以后的正常采暖。 本设计为沈阳市供暖的4X58MW热水锅炉双层布置锅炉房工艺设计,采用高温水供暖，供回水温度为130/70℃。 锅炉房可分为四个系统：运煤除灰系统，送、引风系统，汽水系统及仪表控制系统。 锅炉房主机间双层布置，主机间后为风机除尘间，辅助间布置在主机间左侧，共四层。包括有泵房，水处理间，办公室，控制室，配电室，更衣室，休息室，化验间等。右侧设有上煤小室和渣仓，考虑到煤的粒度，设置破碎机对煤进行破碎。由于本锅炉房上煤、除渣量都比较大，采用机械式上煤除渣，上煤系统大倾角提升机加水平运输胶带，除渣机采用马丁除渣机加水平运输胶带加大倾角提升机。为了保证锅炉燃烧和传热过程更好的进行，本设计采用平衡通风。在汽水系统中，由于原水硬度比较高，并为运行管理方便本设计采用自动软水设备以及海绵铁除氧器。 实际要求我们结合所学专业知识，参与国家有关规范，标准，工程设计图集及其他参考资料。独立完成所要求的设计任务。同时要求系统的掌握设计计算步骤，方法，培养分析，解决问题的能力，为以后的工作奠定基础。 论文中详细提供了各个系统的计算、选型及产品外型安装尺寸，并且附有锅炉系统图，设备布置平、剖面图以及配管平、剖面。 关键词　双层布置，机械上煤除渣，自动软水设备 Abstract In daily life and factory design, boiler room is one of the most important parts. Whether its design is reasonable or not, not only affects the investment, but also the normal heat provision in the future. This is a design for the technology process of one boiler room in shenyang ,whose total capacity is 4× 58 MW.This boiler room uses double-layer arrangement. It uses high temperature water to provide the heat needed. The temperature of the commutation water is 130 and 70. The boiler includes four systems: transformation system of ash and coal, ventilation system, water system and electrical control system. Behind the boiler room, is the ventilation room and at the left is the pump room. In the right，you can see the coal and ash room. The coal is a litter big so it is necessary to choose a machine to make it more adjust to the system. The machine for provision of coal and for transformations of the ash is similar, both using big angle provision machine and level traffic machine. In order to ensure the process of the boiler room, it is right to use balance ventilation. In the water system, in order to ensure the quality of the water, this design use specific machine to make the water more pure and suitable for the process.
