保妇康栓联合酮康唑治疗阴道炎合并糖尿病的临床效果探究 　　[摘要] 目的 探究保妇康栓联合酮康唑治疗阴道炎合并糖尿病的临床效果。 方法 将2015年3月―2017年3月南京市浦口区浦厂医院收治的140例阴道炎合并糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予酮康唑软膏，观察组同时联合保妇康栓治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 对照组治疗总有效率为77.14%，观察组为94.29%；观察组阴道状况改善程度明显优于对照组；其阴道疼痛、灼热、黏膜出血、瘙痒、白带增多发生率均较低；治疗后生活质量各影响因子评分均高于对照组（P0.05）。结论 保妇康栓联合酮康唑治疗阴道炎合并糖尿病安全有效，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 保妇康栓；酮康唑；阴道炎；糖尿病；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）07（b）-0024-03 　　Study on Clinical Effect of Baofukang Suppository and Ketoconazole in Treatment of Colpitis and Diabetes 　　CHEN Ai-hua1， ZHAI Ai-qin2 　　1.Puchang Hospital of Pukou District， Nanjing， Jiangsu Province， 210031 China；2.Pukou Hospital， Nanjing， Jiangsu Province， 210009 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of Baofukang suppository and ketoconazole in treatment of colpitis and diabetes. Methods 140 cases of patients with colpitis and diabetes treated in Puchang hospotal Pukou Didestrict from March 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into two groups， the control group were treated with ketoconazole ointment， while the observation group were treated with ketoconazole ointment and baofukang suppository， and the clinical treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the control group and in the observation group was respectively 77.14% and 94.29%， and the improvement degree of vaginal status in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group， and the incidence rate of vaginal pain， burning， mucous membrane bleeding， itching and leucorrhea increase was lower， and various influence factors scores of quality of life after treatment were higher than those in the control group（P0.05）.
