土木工程中的施工项目管理 学院 建 工 学 院 专业 建筑与土木工程 学号 姓名 孙 佳 羽 2014 年 11月 19 日  摘 要 施工项目历史悠久,相应的项目管理工作也源远流长,但施工项目管理研究作为系统理论体系和方法,在我国才约二十年的时间。我国总结了国内外项目管理经验的基础上,逐步形成了一门新的管理科学。随着我国近年来经济的不断发展,投资不断加大,工程项目建设也不断增多,施工难度、技术含量越来越大、要求也越来越高,对施工项目管理水平的要求也不断提高, 作为现代工程的重要组成部分，土木工程项目管理对整体工程施工质量有着重要的影响。如何通过科学的项目管理工作有效提高土木工程施工质量是现代工程项目管理工作的首要问题。近年来工程施工就企业对土木工程施工管理认识的不断提高，为工程项目管理工作奠定了良好的基础，同时其对我国工程项目管理的发展起到了极大的促进作用。通过一个实际工程案例就现代土木工程施工项目管理进行了简要论述。 关键词：项目管理；进度控制；安全控制；成本控制；质量控制 ABSTRACT Construction Project management has a long history and the management concerning it has been of a long standing as well. However, it is only about twenty years old for the research of project management as systemic theory and method to be done in our country. Based on the domestic and foreign experience of project management, a new managerial science has come into being gradually. With the increasing development of economy and investment in our country these years, there are more and more construction projects, but the difficulty, technology and requirements of construction is getting higher and higher. So the requirement of construction project management level enhances unceasingly. As an important part of modern engineering, civil engineering project management construction quality has an important influence on the whole project. How to through the scientific project management effectively improve the quality of civil engineering construction is the first problem of modern engineering project management. In recent years, the improvement of enterprise knowledge of civil engineering construction management, for the engineering project management work lay a good foundation, at the same time the development of project management in our country has played a great role in promoting. The modern civil engineering construction project management are described briefly by using an actual project case.
