PAGE 西安建筑科技大学 本科毕业设计（论文） 题 目 27层商住楼高层建筑给水排水工程设计 学生姓名 学 号 院（系） 专 业 指导教师 时 间 年 月 日 PAGE 1 第 页 摘要 本设计的建筑为二十七层的商住楼，左门高层商住楼总建筑面积15377m2，建筑高度79.40m。地下层为设备用房。一层、二层办公餐饮娱乐用房和公寓。设有公共卫生间。三至二十五层为商住。每层4户，每户三室两厅两卫一厨。二十六层至二十七层为复式住宅，每层2户，每户两室两厅两卫一厨。给排水工程设计包括了室内生活给水系统设计，室内热水系统设计，室内排水系统设计，室内消防给水系统设计，以及雨水系统设计。 （1）给水系统，分为个三区，低区采用市政供水，中区和高区采用变频泵供水，具体分区情况见图纸。 （2）热水系统，仅住宅部分需要供应热水，热水各户采用家用壁挂锅炉加热。 （3）消防系统：包括消火栓给水系统、自动喷水灭火系统。 （4）排水系统：包括生活污水系统、及雨水排除系统。 关键词：给水系统，热水系统，消防给水系统，排水系统  Abstract The design of the building is an twenty-eighth floor multifunctional building.The building is located in Xian in Shanxi Province.It’s a multi-functional integrated building which is equipped with central air conditioning systems,and building height of 84.4 meters. Building underground garage is basement equipment room; ground twenty-eight floors, one to five for public, residential for more than six. Drainage engineering design includes indoor living water supply system design, Hot water supply system,interior drainage system design, interior fire water supply system design, and stormwater system design. 1)Water supply system, divided into three area, the water for low area is from the municipal pipe directly, the water for the medium area and high area are supplied by variable frequency pumps. 2)Hot water supply system, only residential need hot water,the supply system of hot water is closed to water supply system, but it include back water system. 3)Water supply of fire fighting:including fire hydrant and autonatism in sufflation system. 4)Drainage system:including sanitary,waste-water and storm water.
