北京科技大学远程教育学院毕业设计（论文） 第 PAGE 11 页 共 NUMPAGES 11 页 转炉活动段烟道更换方法探讨 高国辉 北京科技大学冶金工程专业 摘要：本文针对酒钢六座炼钢转炉的机械特性、钢结构和工艺要求，结合生产实际，对转炉活动段烟道更换方法进行了深入分析和阐述。分别介绍了酒钢炼钢一工序三座转炉和酒钢炼钢二工序三座转炉的机械结构，对转炉的几段烟道也做了分析。对转炉烟道更换的难度、技术要求、方案制定、施工步骤和施工后的效果做了综合分析。对于活动段烟道的更换，自酒钢建厂以来进行了几百次，这其中方法更是多种多样，一直以来也没有进行过统一，这在一定程度了浪费了很多的检修资源，也降低了酒钢的冶炼成本，本着检修成本最小化，经济效益最大化的要求，对最近一次转炉活动段烟道更换方法做了一个综合分析，以便在日后的检修工作中参照实施，缩减检修成本。 Abstract: In this paper, six JISCO mechanical properties of BOF steelmaking, steel structure and process requirements, combined with the production of the actual activities of the converter flue above methods to replace an in-depth analysis and on.
