全层抽线缝合与传统分层缝合阑尾切口对比分析 　　【摘要】目的比较60例阑尾切除术全层抽线缝合与传统分层缝合切口的疗效。方法将2008年4月至2011年3月我院的60例患儿分为两组，其中全层抽线缝合30例，传统分层缝合30例，比较两组患者的疗效。结果单纯性阑尾炎中，全层抽线缝合组切口感染率低于传统分层缝合组(P0?05)。在化脓性和(或)坏疽性阑尾炎中，全层抽线缝合组在手术时间短于传统分层缝合组(P0?05)，全层抽线缝合组术后住院时间7 d的例数多于传统分层缝合组(P0?05)，全层抽线缝合组切口感染率低于传统分层缝合组(P0?05)。结论全层抽线缝合是一种安全、有效、快捷、切口小、创伤小、操作简便的方法，可降低术后感染及窦道形成的发生率。 　　【关键词】全层抽线缝合；传统分层缝合；阑尾炎；疗效 　　 　　Comparative analysis about full?thickness line pumping suture and traditional layered suture of appendectomy incisionLI Bo, WANG Xiao?li, LI Yan?jun, et al.Liaocheng Second Peoples Hospital, Liaocheng 252601, China 　　【Abstract】ObjectiveTo compare the 60 cases appendectomy pumping suture of full?thickness incision was sutured with the traditional layered effect?
