全国中医类门诊部及诊所发展现状及对策研究.docVIP

全国中医类门诊部及诊所发展现状及对策研究 　　摘要：目的 了解全国中医类门诊部及诊所发展现状与趋势。方法 编制数据调查表，从全国卫生统计直报系统提取数据，利用Excel 2013进行统计分析。结果 2016年，中医类门诊部及诊所分别为1 912个、43 328个，较之2012年增长57.0%、24.8%；中医类别执业（助理）医师分别为8 569人、40 150人，较之2012年增长85.4%、33.0%；中药师（士）分别为1 870人、7 768人，较之2012年增长64.2%、28.7%；诊疗量分别为1 977.1万人次、12 478.4万人次，较之2012年增长53.2%、21.7%。2016年民族医门诊部中医类别执业（助理）医师40人，较之2012年增长8.1%；民族医诊所中药师（士）44人，较之2012年下降24.1%；民族医门诊部的诊疗量为3.0万人次，较之2012年下降14.3%。结论 中医类门诊部及诊所数量、中医药人员数、诊疗量均有所增长，但其中民族医门诊部及诊所中医药人员数量波动大，诊疗量不理想，应采取相应措施推动中医类门诊部及诊所发展。 　　关键词：中医；门诊部；诊所；现状；对策 　　中图分类号：R19 文献标识码：A 文章编号：2095-5707（2017）05-0005-06 　　Study on Current Situation and Countermeasures of Nationwide TCM Outpatient Departments and Clinics 　　JIANG Wei， LI Zong-you， HU Yan-min*， ZHAO Yang， LI Yan-wen 　　（Institute of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine， China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences， Beijing 100700， China） 　　Abstract： Objective To understand the current situation and trend of TCM outpatient departments and clinics.
