公共文化服务场域中高校艺术人才培养创新模式研究 　　[摘 要] 人才培养模式指的是以学校为载体，为学生建构知识、素质与能力及其实现的过程与方式。不断创新与实践高校艺术人才的培养模式，对提升艺术人才培养质量和促进高校科学发展具有十分重要的现实意义。但是，在公共文化服务场域中，艺术人才的培养是一个复杂的系统工程。文章首先阐述了公共文化服务的内涵、特征与影响因素，然后分析了高校艺术人才培养在公共文化服务中的功能与缺位，并讨论了其公共文化服务导向，最后从多个层面给出了人才培养的创新模式。 　　[关键词] 艺术人才培养；创新模式；公共文化服务；高等院校 　　[中图分类号] F719 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1671-0037（2017）3-38-4 　　Research on the Innovation Mode of College Art Talents Training in the Field of Public Cultural Service 　　Duan Ziyi 　　（SIAS International College of Zhengzhou University， Xinzheng Henan 451150） 　　Abstract： Talent training mode refers to the process and method of constructing knowledge， quality and ability for students with school as the carrier. Continuous innovation and practice of college art talents training modes are of great practical significance to improve the training quality of art talents and promote scientific development of colleges and universities. However， in the field of public cultural services， the cultivation of art talents is a complex systematic project. This paper expounded the connotation， features and influencing factors of public cultural services first， then analyzed the function and omission of college art talents training in public cultural services， adiscussed its public cultural service orientation， and finally from multiple levels gave the innovation modes of talent training. 　　Key words： art talents training； innovation modes； public cultural services； higher education college 　　??新是艺术的生命。在艺术人才培养的过程中，只有有效提升学生的艺术创新能力，才能与教学质量的核心要求和社会发展的文化诉求相符合[1]。而如何按照艺术学科的本体发展属性，在既定的学制内培养能够服务于公共文化建设的创新实践型艺术人才，成为目前高校艺术人才培养工作中需要共同面临的挑战。公共文化服务作为文化服务的重要内容，其目的在于满足公众基本的文化权益，同时提供社会可持续发展所需的文化条件，并以此提升国民整体素质，促进文化软实力的提升等[2]。在“十三五”规划中明确提出，要“构建现代公共文化服务体系，推进基本公共文化服务标准化、均等化发展，创新公共文化服务方式，保障人民基本文化权益”。可见，在经济和文化日益融合的今天，公共文化服务正在成为经济社会发展的重要驱动力，高校艺术人才的培养工作有必要以此为契机，在课程、教学、管理、评价等方面做出重大创新，探索适应于公共文化服务的人才培养新模式和新路径。基于这样的思考，文章针对公共文化服务场域中高校艺术人才培养的内涵、特征、影响因素、功能、缺位以及创新模式等进行了系统研究，旨在通过本文工作为高校艺术人才的培养工作提供可供借鉴的信息。 　　1 公共文化服务的内涵、特征与影响因素 　　公共文化服务作为满足公民基本
