XXX公司货币资金管理报告 PAGE 11 XXX公司货币资金管理报告 【摘要】 在现代商业中，货币资金占据了公司资金的大部分，可称为企业的“血液”，他直接关系着公司职工的工资和福利能否得到保障，投资人的债权能否享受收益，债务人的债务能否得到清偿，公司的效益能否得到提高，所以建立和健全一套合规、合法的现金管理体系显得尤为重要。通过对西安市XXX公司的调查与访问，本文针对XXX公司货币资金管理在公司内部高层管理、公司会计部门人员、内部管理制度几个方面存在的一些问题进行深入分析，并提出一些可供选择的方案：对管理层，明确惩罚范围与措施，造成不良后果并承担相应的经济和法律责任；加强员工的指导，定期对员工进行在职培训，培养员工的合法、合规、爱岗敬业的职业素养；以国家的货币资金法律和依据制定完善的现金管理规则，并按照规则严格执行，严格禁止违规操作。旨在促进该公司在库存现在管理方面能够更加完善，进一步提高该公司的经济效益。 【关键词】 XXX公司；货币资金；内部管理；解决措施 Abstract：In modern commercial business, Monetary fund ,called the blood of company ,take an important role in Daily business .The important “blood” are directly related to the employees’ Salary and benefits and whether the investors’ share can be guaranteed and the company benefits can be improved or not. So a set of legal cash management system is so important. By means of Survey and access, this article aimed at the obvious problems such as internal top management and accounting department personnel and internal management system make a deep analysis. At the same time , we put forward some measures listed as follows：To the management, the punishment measures must be cleared, they should undertake the corresponding economic and legal responsibility when they violate the rules; on the other hand, the company should take some measures to enhance the ability of the employees, training them regularly, developing the employees feeling of obeying laws and being loyal to their post. And then, the company should make the perfect cash management rules based on the currency of the country of funds law. The illegal action must be forbidden. Aimed to consummate cash management and further improve the companys economic benefit. We must pay close attention to this point.
