油浸式电力变压器 Oil Immersed Type Power Transformer 安装使用说明书 Instruction Manual 青岛青电电气有限公司 QINGDAO QINGDIAN ELECTRIC CO.,ITD 地址：青岛市城阳区国城路 ADD: GUOCHENG ROAD, CHENGYANG DISTRICT, QINGDAO 电话/TEL：0532 传真/FAX：0532 本说明书使用于容量为3150kVA及以下，电压为35kV及以下的油浸式配电变压器。 This specification describes the oil immersed type power transformer with capacity up to 3150kva, and voltage up to 35kv. 一、正常使用条件 Normal service condition 环境温度 Ambient temperature 最高温度Max. temperature ：＋50oC 最高日平均气温Max. daily average air temperature ：＋30oC 最高年平均气温Max. annual average air temperature：＋20oC 最低气温Min. temperature ：－25oC（适用于25#变压器油）(Applicable to 25# transformer oil) 最低气温 Min. temperature －45oC（适用于45#变压器油）(Applicable to 45# transformer oil) 海拔高度不超过The altitude not exceed : 1000m。 1.2 对于海拔高度及环境温度超出上述要求的产品按GB1094-96执行。 The product that the altitude and ambient temperature was higher than the above specifications will be in accordance with GB1094-96. 1.3 安装场所应无严重影响变压器绝缘的气体、蒸汽、化学性沉积 灰尘、污垢和其它爆炸性和侵蚀性物质。如有上述情况，必须在协议中注明。 The assembly site is free from gas , steam, chemical sediments, dust ,dirt and other blasting and corrosive materials that will affects the transformer insulation. If any of the above conditions exists, it must be indicated in the agreement. 安装场所无严重的振动和颠簸。 The assembly site is free from serious vibration and jolt. 二、运输 Transport 2.1 变压器至安装地点的运输方式主要有公路和铁路运输，此类变压器一律装满油整体运输。 There are two ways of transporting the transformer to the site ,mainly including road and railway , and the transformer must be transported full with oil completely. 2.2 在运输过程中应保护变压器的所有附件（不拆卸的散热器、活门、套管、储油柜等）不受损伤。 All the accessories (heat radiators, valves , bushings , oil conservator and etc not dismantled) of transformer should be protected from damage. 2.3 起吊变压器时，应同时使用箱壁上的所有吊拌，严禁使用箱盖上的吊环（或吊板）。起吊时钢丝绳与垂直线之间的夹角不应大于30o。 All the lifting appliances on the lower tank must be used while lifting transformer , but t
