PICCO在治疗创伤性休克中的应用 　　[摘要] 目的 研究在创伤性休克治疗中PICCO的应用效果。方法 方便选择2014年9月―2016年8月该院创伤性休克患者60例，依据治疗应用的方法分为观察、对照组，前组应用PICCO监测，后组应用CVP、MAP监测，比较效果。结果 观察组监测后12、24 h动脉压及乳酸清除率为（84.79±11.33）mmHg、（28.79±8.67）%，（91.05±14.67）mmHg、（44.63±12.07）%，对照组为（75.16±11.37）mmHg、（22.67±7.48）%，（80.55±10.17）mmHg、（36.36±9.05）%（t=12.635 7，15.748 9，13.524 8， 13.847 2，P0.05）。观察组血管活性药物使用时间、机械通气及住院时间为（9.36±2.27）、（8.47±1.16）、（12.85±1.17）d，对照组为 （12.16±1.52）、（10.95±1.14）、（15.38±1.87）d（t=8.216 3，5.687 2，6.957 1，P0.05）。结论 在创伤性休克治疗中应用PICCO能全面监测血流动力学指标，有助于提升治疗有效性，可推广。 　　[关键词] 创伤性休克；治疗；脉搏指示连续心输出量 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2018）03（b）-0047-03 　　Application of PICCO in Treatment of Traumatic Shock 　　LIN Ai-hua 　　ICU， Suqian People’s Hospital of Nanjing Gulou Hospital Group， Suqian， Jiangsu Province， 223800 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To research the application effect of PICCO in treatment of traumatic shock.
