Key words: Chen Chu culture; resources protection; cultural industries; Mode 一、陈楚文化的定义与资源 陈楚文化是地域文化（Rigional Culture）的一种形式，发生、发展于今周口市所辖区域及周边地区，即先秦陈国及楚灭陈、楚都居陈的特指历史区域，是有史以来在该地区生活的人们所共同创造的物质文明与精神文明财富的总称。周口市以所在地川汇区为中心，辖八县一市一区，包括淮阳县、商水县、郸城县、沈丘县、西华县、扶沟县、鹿邑县、太康县、项城市和川汇区。周口市历史悠久、物华天宝、人杰地灵，所辖地区旧以淮阳为中心，淮阳，古称宛丘、陈、陈州。据《陈州志》（顺治刻本）记载：“陈，太昊之墟，古宛丘之地，神农都之始为陈。殷以封舜之后，周复封虞妫满为陈侯国，——，至顷襄王自郢迁都之，及秦灭楚，以陈为县。”[1]从历史发展阶段来看，陈楚文化包括以伏羲文化为代表的先陈文化、以周封陈国为代表的妫陈文化，以及战国时期楚灭陈，楚迁都于陈，史称“郢陈”的陈楚文化、以西汉藩封淮阳国开始发展至今的后陈楚文化等四个相继的阶段。 以陈楚文化为研究视
