We nurture talents in engineering who are qualified in design and manufacturing, scientific research, application study, operations management in the mechanical of industrial production. 二、基本规格要求 Ⅱ．Skills Profile 毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力： 1．具有扎实的自然科学基础，较好的人文、艺术和社会科学基础，正确运用本国语言、文字的表达能力； 2．较系统地掌握本专业领域宽广的技术理论基础知识，主要包括力学、机械学、电工与电子技术、机械工程材料、机械设计工程学、自动化基础及计算机应用等基础知识； 3．具有本专业必需的制图、计算、实验、测试、文献检索和基本工艺操作等基本技能； 4．具有本专业领域内某个专业方向所必要的专业知识、了解其学科前沿及发展趋势； 5．具有初步的科学研究、科技开发及组织管理能力； 6．具有较强的自学能力和创新意识。 Students of this degree will acquire: Solid grounding in both natural sciences and humanities arts; A broad understanding of theoretical and technical foundation in mechanical engineering, including mechanics, mechanisms, electrical and electronic techniques, engineering material, machine design, automation, and computer application; Skills of mechanical drafting, calculating, experimenting, testing, literature searching and technical operations; knowledge of one specialization of mechanical design and manufacturing, and understanding of its trend and current stage of development; Capability of scientific research, development and management; Self-learning ability and innovative thinking. 三、培养特色 Ⅲ．Program Features 将信息、计算机科学与技术的知识与机械学科知识相结合；拓宽专业方向，使培养的毕业生更加适应社会。 This program integrates the knowledge of information as well as computer science Technology with that of mechanical engineering.
