内窥镜辅助手术治疗桥脑小脑角三叉神经有效性及护理对策 　　摘要：目的 分析探讨内窥镜下桥脑小脑角三叉神经手术的围手术期护理干预对患者的影响。方法 选取进行内窥镜下桥脑小脑角三叉神经手术的患者62例，分为对照组31例，观察组31例，对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组患者采用系统的人性化护理干预方法，对比两组患者的手术效果和住院时间。结果 观察组患者术后疼痛消失和减轻的数量均大于对照组，观察组没有患者出现并发症，观察组患者平均住院时间明显少于对照组患者，两组间对比均具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 采用系统的人性化护理干预可以提高内窥镜下桥脑小脑角三叉神经手术的治疗效果，对患者具有十分积极的影响，值得临床大力推广。 　　关键词：内窥镜；桥脑小脑角三叉神经手术；护理干预 　　Clinical Analysis and Nursing of Endoscopic Assisted Operation for the Treatment of the Cerebellopontine Angle of the Trigeminal Nerve 　　ZHENG Shuang 　　（Department of Neurosurgery，The Central Hospital of Yongzhou City，Yongzhou 425000，Hunan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To explore the endoscopic cerebellopontine angle trigeminal operation peri operation period nursing intervention for patients with the.
