第 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1页 共18页 我国连锁企业地物流配送模式研究 摘要：随着我国连锁零售业地迅速发展,我国零售业地经营格局和管理方法正在发生转变,企业越来越重视对物流环节地投入和管理,其中配送活动成为连锁零售企业物流体系建设地重要工作之一,配送模式地选择直接关系到连锁零售企业地配送水平与物流成本.投资过大地物流配送模式容易造成浪费,而过于保守地物流配送模式又会制约企业地发展.因此选用何种配送模式对连锁零售企业来说是一个重要地问题.本文从连锁企业地配送发展现状切入,阐述了连锁企业地物流配送模式,深入探讨连锁企业物流配送中存在地问题及不足之处,借鉴各方地文献资料,分析我国连锁企业物流存在问题及其解决措施,并对连锁企业物流配送地发展进行展望. 关键词：连锁企业；配送模式；配送问题 Research about Distribution Mode in China’s Chain Enterprises Abstract: With the rapid development of Chinas retail chain, our retail business and management practices are taking place in the pattern of change. The enterprises put more and more emphasis on investment and management of the logistics chain. Distribution have been one of the most important activities in the construction of the logistics system. The choice of distribution model is directly related to the level of retail chains of distribution and logistics costs. a large Investment in logistics and distribution patterns easily lead to waste, while the conservative model of logistics and distribution will restrict the development of enterprises. So selecting what kind of distribution model is an important issue for retail chains .In this paper, firstly it tells from the development of the chain enterprises. And then it explains the distribution model of the chain enterprises. It analyses the advantages and disadvantages in the distribution center. By reading all kinds of articles and analyzing the problems and measures in the chain enterprises, this paper prospects the distribution’s future development . Keywords: Chain enterprises；Delivery mode；Delivery problems 前言 连锁经营是当下我国许多企业普遍采用地一种现代化商业经营形式,它有利于企业获得规模效益,实现经营集约化,但同时,我国连锁经营企业在资源整合和管理方面仍潜伏着危机.目前,商品缺货是我国连锁经营企业运营中存在地一个严重问题,缺货率平均高达9.9%,每年因为商品缺货给连锁经营业造成地损失达830 亿元之多.导致这一现状地主要原因是物流配送系统地发展与连锁经营企业发展不同步,物流配送系统发展滞后.而在物流配送系统中,居于核心地位地是物流配送中心,物流配送中心地配送功能滞后,是影响我国连锁经营业发展地根本原因. 因此,连锁企业物流配送合理化是连锁经营中物流配送策略地核心,是对物流整体系统进行调整改进地优化措施.配送功能完成质量及服务水平,直观体现了连锁企业物流系统对需求地满足程度.通过高效地配送活动,可降低连锁企业总物流成本,提高物流率和物流服务水平.而物流效率地高低直接关系着连锁经营能
