右侧开胸食管癌手术中对侧胸膜修补临床价值研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨右侧开胸食管癌手术中对侧胸膜修补的临床应用价值。方法 整群选取2015年1月―2016年1月于该院胸中段食管癌右侧开胸两切口手术修补和不修补患者病历资料各23例（修补组和未修补组），修补组采用1号丝线间断缝合进行胸膜修补，未修补组行常规手术。观察两组患者治疗效果及术后并发症发生情况。结果 修补组中1例患者出现胸腔积液，发生率为4.3%，对照组中胸腔积液3例，胸胃排空障碍3例，1例胸胃纵隔疝，发生率为30.4%。组间比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=8.00，P0.05）。结论 对右侧开胸食管癌手术患者进行胸膜修补具有重要的意义，能有效降低术后并发症发生率，且能改善患者生存质量，值得在临床上大力推广。 　　[关键词] 右侧开胸食管癌；侧胸膜修补；并发症；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R735 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）10（a）-0101-03 　　Clinical Value of Contralateral Pleural Repair in the Surgical Treatment of Right Thoracotomy for Esophageal Cancer 　　WEI Chang-jiang 　　Department of Thoracic Surgery， Suzhou Kowloon Hospital， Suzhou， Jiangsu Province，215000 China. 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the value of clinical application of contralateral pleural repair in the surgical treatment of right thoracotomy for esophageal cancer. Methods Group select January 2015 to January 2016 the right to middle thoracic esophageal cancer in our hospital open thoracic incision surgical repair and repair patients medical records 23 cases （repair group and non repair group） and repair the No. 1 thread interrupted suture were mending of pleural， unpatched group underwent routine surgery. The therapeutic effect and postoperative complications of the two groups were observed. Results Pleural effusion in 1 patient in repair group， the incidence was 4.3%， the control of pleural effusion in 3 cases， thoracic gastric emptying dysfunction in 3 patients， 1 case of thoracic stomach mediastinal hernia， rate of 30.4%. Compared the significant difference between groups （χ2 = 8.00，P 0.05）.
