可视喉镜在全身麻醉气管插管中临床应用体会 　　[摘要]目的 探?可视喉镜在全身麻醉气管插管中的应用效果。方法 选取2016年7月～2017年7月来我院就诊的需要行全身麻醉气管插管的患者105例，采用抓阄方法分为对照组、研究组。研究组患者53例，采用可视喉镜行气管插管，对照组患者52例，采用直接喉镜法行气管插管。比较两组患者的气管插管时间、声门暴露时间和血流动力学变化情况。结果 研究组患者的气管插管时间、声门暴露时间分别为（9.65±1.21）、（4.74±0.87）s，均明显短于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 将可视喉镜应用在全身麻醉气管插管中具有良好的应用效果，能有效提高一次气管插管成功率，减少各种并发症的发生，同时还能缩短气管插管时间和声门暴露时间，对患者血流动力学的影响小，值得推广。 　　[关键词]可视喉镜；全身麻醉气管插管；应用效果 　　[中图分类号] R614.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）10（b）-0106-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To evaluate the application effect of visual laryngoscope in tracheal intubation after general anesthesia.Methods 105 patients underwent tracheal intubation after general anesthesia treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected and they they were divided into the control group and research group by drawing lots.In the research group （n=53），visual laryngoscope was applied for tracheal intubation，while in the control group （n=52），direct laryngoscope for tracheal intubation was used.The time of tracheal intubation and glottis exposure，and change of hemodynamics were compared between the two groups.Results The time of tracheal intubation and glottal exposure in the study group [（9.65±1.21） s and （4.74±0.87） s respectively] was significantly shorter than that in the control group，and there was a statistical difference between groups （P0.05）.Conclusion Visual laryngoscope applied in tracheal intubation after general anesthesia obtains a great application effect and can effectively increase the success rate of tracheal intubation at one time，reduce the occurrence of various complications，and shorten the time of tracheal intubation and glottis exposure at the same time，and have mild impact on hemodynamics of patients.It is worthy of promotion. 　　[Key words]Visible laryngoscope；Tracheal intubation after general anesthesia；Application effect 　　气管插管在临床已非常普遍，在麻醉中气管插管的效果会直接影响患者的手术效果，对改善患者的预后至关重要[1]。近年来，随着我国医学技术的不断发展，可视喉镜在临床中被广泛应用。可视喉镜是一种新型的视频气管插管系统，应用可视喉镜就能在直视喉部的状态下来进行气管插管，使插管医师在操作时更好地控制力
