半夏泻心汤治疗功能性消化不良疗效观察及对血浆胃动素影响 　　DOI：10.16662/j.cnki.1674-0742.2017.25.014 　　[摘要] 目的 分析半夏泻心汤用于功能性消化不良治疗的临床效果。 方法 整群选取2016年1―12月期间来该院的功能性消化不良患者146例，随机分成两组，实验组73例患者采用半夏泻心汤方法治疗，对照组73例患者采用莫沙必利治疗，分别记录两组患者的临床疗效、各种临床症状评分情况和血浆胃动素情况。 结果 实施治疗之后实验组嗳气、腹胀、上腹饱胀、上腹痛和上腹烧灼感的临床症状平均评分均低于对照组；实验组73例功能性消化不良患者的总体治愈率为93.15%，明显高于对照组的治愈率（73.97%）；实验组患者血浆胃动素的含量明显高于对照组。结论 中药半夏泻心汤能够明在功能性消化不良的治疗中临床疗效显著，治愈率高，患者的血浆胃动素得到改善。 　　[关键词] 半夏泻心汤；功能性消化不良；临床疗效；血浆胃动素 　　[中图分类号] R295.7 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）09（a）-0014-03 　　Observation of Clinical Effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia and Its Influence on the Plasma Motilin 　　NONG Yuan-zhi 　　Department of Gastroenterology， the Second People’s Hospital of Hainan Province， Wuzhishan， Hainan Province， 572299 China 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to analyze the clinical effects of Banxia Xiexin decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.
