四级早期活动对ICU获得性衰弱发生率影响价值 　　[摘要] 目的 分析四级早期活动对ICU获得性衰弱发生率的影响价值。 方法 方便选取该院重症医学科2016年5月―2017年5月收治的78例重症患者作为该次实验的研究对象，根据护理方法的不同随机分为数量相等的两组，39例比较组患者采用ICU常规护理，另39例研究组患者采用四级早期活动护理，比较两组患者ICU获得性衰弱的发生情况和护理前后的肌力状况。结果 护理前，两组患者MRC-score评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；经不同护理后，比较组的MRC-score评分为（47.54±4.23）分，显著低于研究组的（57.21±5.34）分，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；比较组患者ICU获得性衰弱的发生率为43.6%，显著高于研究组的5.13%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对重症医学科的患者采用四级早期活动护理能有效延缓患者的肌肉萎缩，提高肌力，降低ICU获得性衰弱的发生，有利于患者的肢体功能恢复，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 四级早期活动；ICU获得性衰弱；影响价值 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）09（b）-0136-03 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to analyze the influence of early four stage activity on the incidence of acquired debility of ICU. Methods 78 cases of patients in this hospital ICU from May 2016 to May 2017 were conveniently selected as the research object and divided into two groups according to the different nursing methods， 39 cases in the comparison group were treated with ICU routine nursing， the other 39 cases in the study group were treated with four stage early nursing activities， and then the situation and status of acquired debility before and after nursing and the occurrence of muscle strength were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment， MRC-score comparison in the two groups had no significant difference， with no statistical significance（P0.05）； after different nursing， MRC-score of the comparison group was （47.54±4.23）points， significantly lower than the study group of （57.21±5.34）points（P0.05）， the difference was statistically significant； the incidence rate of acquired debility in the comparison group was 43.6%， significantly higher than the study group of 5.13%（P0.05）， the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion For patients in ICU， the four early nursing can effectively relieve patients’ muscle atrophy， improve muscle strength， reduce the acquired debility， which is conducive to the recovery of limb function， so it is worthy of clinical application. 　　[Key words] Four stage ea
