四逆汤和消心痛单用或联用治疗冠心病心绞痛比较研究 　　摘要：目的 探究四逆汤和消心痛单用或联用治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法 选取2015年1月～2016年1月我院收治的60例冠心病心绞痛患者，随机分为四逆汤组、消心痛组以及四逆汤和消心痛联用组，每组患者20例。分别采用单纯四逆汤、单纯消心痛以及四逆汤联用消心痛治疗，观察两组患者心绞痛发作频度、硝酸甘油用量及心功能。结果 四逆汤和消心痛联用组的心绞痛发作频度、硝酸甘油用量少于四逆汤、消心痛单用组，数据差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。四逆汤和消心痛联用组的心功能提高优于四逆汤、消心痛单用组，数据差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 四逆汤和消心痛联用治疗能用于冠心病心绞痛的防治，疗效显著，有效改善患者心绞痛症状并提高心功能，值得临床推广。 　　关键词：四逆汤；消心痛；冠心病心绞痛 　　中图分类号：R259 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1959（2017）17-0119-02 Four Inverse Soup and Isosorbide Dinitrate Alone or a Comparative Study of Combination Therapy of Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris 　　ZHANG Jin 　　（Department of Cardiology，Wuqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Tianjin 301700，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To explore the four inverse soup and isosorbide dinitrate alone or in combination with the clinical effect of treating coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods From January 2015 to January 2016，60 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into the four inverse soup group，isosorbide dinitrate group and the four inverse soup group combined with isosorbide dinitrate group，20 cases in each group.Using simple four inverse soup，pure isosorbide dinitrate and four inverse soup combined with isosorbide dinitrate treatment，observe two groups of patients with angina attack frequency，nitroglycerin dosage and cardiac function.Results The four inverse soup and isosorbide dinitrate group angina attack frequency，nitroglycerin dosage less than four inverse soup，isosorbide dinitrate alone group，data statistically significant difference（P 0.05）.Four inverse soup and isosorbide dinitrate group in heart function improved better than the four inverse soup，isosorbide dinitrate alone group，data statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion the four inverse soup and isosorbide dinitrate in treatment for the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris，obvious curative effect，effectively improve the symptoms of angina pectoris and improve heart function，wh
