固本补肾汤对前列腺基质细胞增殖影响 　　[摘要] 目的：观察固本补肾汤对体外培养前列腺基质细胞增殖的影响。方法：采用细胞培养法，对良性前列腺增生症患者的前列腺基质细胞进行体外培养、纯化及鉴定；根据实验药物细胞毒性实验分为高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组，并设他莫西芬阳性对照组，模型组及空白对照组；用四氮唑蓝法（MTT）检测固本补肾汤对BPH患者前列腺基质细胞增殖的影响。结果：各实验药物组对细胞增殖都有明显的抑制作用，高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组，他莫西芬组、模型组及空白对照组的OD值分别为（0.226±0.004）、（0.211±0.008）、（0.198±0.004）、（0.190±0.005）、（0.273±0.023）、（0.189±0.004）。各实验组与模型组比较，差异有高度统计学意义（P0.01），且对细胞增殖的抑制作用表现出明显的量效关系。结论：固本补肾汤能抑制体外培养前列腺基质细胞的增殖，这可能是固本补肾汤治疗良性前列腺增生症的作用机制。 　　[关键词] 前列腺增生；基质细胞；增殖；固本补肾汤 　　[中图分类号] R697.32 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2011）06（c）-117-02 　　 　　Effects of Guben Bushen Decotion on the proliferation of prostatic stromal cells 　　ZHU Min, QIN Zhaowei, XUN Jianning, LIANG Yongxie, ZHOU Kai 　　Department of Andrology, Ruikang Hospital Affiliated of Guangxi Traditional Chinese Medical University, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Nanning 530011, China 　　[Abstract] Objective: To study the effect of Guben Bushen Decotion on the proliferation of prostatic stromal cells. Methods: Prostatic stromal cells of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) were cultured, identified and underwent purification in vitro; according to experimental drug toxicity, the test was divided into high, middle, low dosage of Guben Bushen Decotion, Tamoxifen positive control gruop, model group and control group. And the effect of Guben Bushen Decotion on generation of prostatic stromal cells was detected by MTT method. Results: Different dosage of Guben Bushen Decotion group had obvious inhibitive effects on the proliferation of prostatic stromal cells.
