听障高中生性态度特点及其相关因素研究 　　【摘要】目的：对听障高中生的性态度特点及其相关因素进行研究，以便更好地开展听障青少年的青春期健康教育。方法：以《听障高中生性态度问卷》为外显性态度的测量工具，以上海某聋校的97名听障高中生为研究对象，采用SPSS17.0进行描述统计和方差分析。结果：听障高中生性态度的总体平均分为3.12分，总体均分与标准平均分的差异极显著。方差分析显示不同性别、年级、听力损失程度的听障高中生的外显性态度差异不显著。是否在家接受过性教育、父母是否离异与听障高中生的性态度差异不显著。听障高中生的外显性态度与和社交回避呈极其显著负相关，与抑郁和焦虑、社交苦恼存在负相关，但相关不显著。结论：听障高中生的外显性态度总体倾向积极。性别、年级、听力损失程度、是否为独生子女、是否在家接受过性教育、父母是否离异对听障高中生的外显性态度没有明显影响。听障高中生的性态度越积极，心理健康问题和行为问题就会越少。 　　【关键词】 听障高中生；性态度；个案 　　Characteristics of hearing impaired senior high school students’ sexual attitudes and its related factors――taking a school for the deaf in Shanghai as a caseLI Fanglu1， YANG Fuyi2. 1.Department of Education Science， Lijiang Normal Specialist College， Lijiang 674100， Yunnan， China； 2.Department of Special Education， Faculty of Education， East China Normal University， Shanghai 200062， China 　　【Abstract】Objectives： To study the characteristics of hearing impaired senior high school students’ attitudes and related factors. Methods： With the “Questionnaire of Sexual Attitude of Hearing Impaired Senior High-School Students”， this study investigated 79 hearing impaired senior high school students using statistical methods including descriptive analysis and ANOVA analysis. Results： The overall average score of the subjects was 3.12. The difference between the total score and the average score was very significant. ANOVA analysis showed that hearing impaired high-school students of different gender and grade did not differ much in sexual attitudes. The factor whether the hearing impaired high-school student had accepted sexual education in family or not did not differ much in their sexual attitudes. The factor whether the parents had been divorced or not did not differ much in their sexual attitudes. The sexual attitude of hearing impaired high-school students had negative correlation with their depression， anxiety， social avoidance and social distress.
