The expert team of the guideline is mainly to update the definition and to evaluate the current literature on the diagnosis and treatment of hypersensitivity pneumonia caused by occupational environmental factors, and to provide clinical guidance for the diagnosis and treatment. Objective of this paper: (1) to promote the current understanding of the occupational environment caused by hypersensitivity.; (2) to provide a guide to the diagnosis and clinical management of the disease.
