Party A agrees to authorize Party Bto be the clearing house of the Clearing Center； 1.乙方的主体资格要求 1.Party Bs Qualification requirements 1.1.1 能够独立承担代理法律责任的自然人或者机构； 1.1.1A natural person or institution can act independently of legal liability; 1.1.2 具有良好的诚信记录并无犯罪记录； 1.1.2 Good faith record and no criminal record; 1.1.3 具备一定的客户资源； 1.1.3 Have a certain customer resources; 1.1.4 符合政府有关监管部门对代理人身份的相关要求； 1.1.4 In accordance with the relevant government regulatory authorities to the identity of agents; 1.1.5 承认甲方所规定的相关条款； 1.1.5 Acknowledge the relevant provisions stipulated by Party A; 1.1.6 乙方应具备贵金属、股票、期货等投资知识。 1.1.6 Party B shall possess precious metals, stocks, futures and other investment knowledge. 2.合作内容 2.Contents 2.1.1 乙方在甲方开设双向多边金融清算系统 （以下简称 B-MFCS）账户，账户 由乙方操作，甲方收取相关清算费用； 2.1.1 Party B opens a B-MFCS account, the account is operated by Party B, Party A shall collect the relevant liquidationfees; 2.1.2 B-MFCS 账户由乙方出资，为防止乙方账户出现风险，要求B-MFCS 账户资 金与被跟单账户总资金比例为 1:2 ； 2.1.2 The B-MFCS account is funded by Party B, the initialfunds are expected to be dollars, to prevent the risk of Party Bs account, requirements B-MFCS account funds and the total funds to be accounted for the proportion of 1:2 ; 2.1.3 甲方根据相关协议条款所收取的货币组每手 美金，商品组 （白银除外） 每手 美金；白银每手 美元作为手续费； 2.1.3 Party A in accordance
