欣母沛联合宫腔填纱治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的效果研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究欣母沛联合宫腔填纱治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的效果。方法 随机选取2012年3月―2014年5月该院收治的80例前置胎盘行剖宫产产后出血的产妇作为研究对象。采用随机的方式分为40例观察组和40例对照组，给予观察组欣母沛联合宫腔填纱治疗，给予对照组单纯欣母沛治疗，对比两组的产后2 h和24 h的出血量和用药前后的血压、脉搏及血氧饱和度。结果 观察组产后2 h的出血量为（190.5±22.6）mL，产后24 h的出血量为（305.6±28.4）mL，均少于对照组的（268.4±26.1）mL和（372.3±30.7）mL，且差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。而用药后，观察组的血压、脉搏及血氧饱和度均优于对照组，且差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 采用欣母沛联合宫腔填纱治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血效果显著，能快速缓解产妇产后的出血状况，改善血压、脉搏及血氧饱和度指数，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 欣母沛；宫腔填纱；前置胎盘；剖宫产产后出血 　　[中图分类号] R71 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）11（c）-0136-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of Hemabate combined with intrauterine packing gauze in treating placenta previa postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section. Methods 80 cases of placenta previa line cesarean delivery of maternal postpartum bleeding treated in our hospital from March 2012 to May2014 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each， The observation group was given hemabate combined with uterine packing treatment，The control group was given only hemabate treatment， Blood pressure， pulse and blood oxygen saturation were compared between the two groups at postpartum 2 h and 24 h. Results The amount of bleeding at postpartum 2 h in the observation group was（190.5 22.6） mL， which was less than that of the control group （268.4±26.1） ml； The amount of bleeding at postpartum 24 h in the observation group was 24 （28.4±305.6） mL， which was less than that of the control group （372.3±30.7） mL， the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）. After medication， the blood pressure， pulse and blood oxygen saturation of the observation group were better than those in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.
