基于人本思想本科教学管理相关问题探讨 　　摘 要 教学管理是高校管理的核心内容，对高校教学质量和教学水平有着重要作用。高校实施教学管理的主要目的在于为师生创造良好的教学环境，最终实现教育目标。对于本科教学管理而言，坚持以人为本，把对人关怀贯穿始终，始终坚持以人的发展为出发点，以学生、教师和管理人员为本，充分发挥他们的个性化特点，使教师和学生在教学过程中，可以充分展现自己，从而实现教育管理的目的，并实现人的全面发展。因此，如何做好教学，提高教学质量，提高学校的教学管理水平就成为了当今教育学界一个颇值得探讨的课题。本文从高校的人本思想管理切入，对我国本科高校教学管理进行研究和探讨。 　　关键词 人本思想 本科教学管理 相关问题 　　中图分类号：G647 文献标识码：A DOI：10.16400/j.cnki.kjdkx.2016.09.008 　　Abstract The teaching management is the core content of the management of colleges and universities， to college teaching quality and teaching level have an important role. In this paper， from the perspective of the people of the university management， the research and Discussion on the teaching management of undergraduate colleges and universities in China. 　　Key words human-centered thought； undergraduate teaching management； related issues； discussion 　　0 前言 　　对学校教学过程的管理即为教学管理，教学管理的范围包括教师、学生、课程内容及设置、教学形式等的，教学管理的目的在于教学要素之间的关系，从而完成教学目标。教育的最终目标是实现人的全面发展，因此，这就需要在本科教学管理中，充分尊重师生的个体化独特性，发挥不同个体的主体地位。 马克思主义理论体系中以社会中的人为研究起点，始终秉持着对人的关怀，体现着丰富的人本思想；而同时，以人为本更是我国科学发展观的重要内涵之一。我国本科院校在积极提高学生的专业性素养，全面提高教学质量这条学校的生命线的同时，更要充分考虑不同个体的差异性，坚持以人为本的理念，遵循人本思想，制定更加合理有效的教学制度，最终才能更好地促进
