基于因子分析针灸治疗血管性痴呆选穴规律研究 　　摘要：目的 探索针灸治疗血管性痴呆（VD）的选穴规律，以期指导临床治疗。方法 筛选中国学术期刊网络出版总库（CNKI）和中文科技期刊数据库（维普网）中针灸治疗VD的临床治疗文献，应用因子分析进行数据处理。结果 在315篇文献中共出现230个穴位及穴位点描述，穴位出现总频次为2646次，出现频次10次的穴位为高频穴位，有42个。KMO的值为0.726，说明适合做因子分析，且因子模型会比较完善。采用主成分分析提取法，从解释的总方差表可以看出，初始特征值1的成份有12个，以此抽取方差贡献率为69.489%的12个公因子。结论 针灸治疗VD的选穴以辨证施治为原则，遵循针灸处方的选穴原则和配穴方法，主要选取具有补肾益脾、醒脑开窍、舒筋通络等功效的穴位。 　　关键词：针灸；血管性痴呆；因子分析；选穴规律 　　中图分类号：R246.6 文献标识码：A 文章编号：2095-5707（2017）05-0011-07 　　Research on Acupoint Selection Law of Vascular Dementia Treated with Acupuncture and Moxibustion Based on Factor Analysis 　　CHU Yi-nong， ZHAN Xiu-ju*， MO Duo-duo 　　（School of Medical Information Engineering， Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine， Guangzhou Guangdong 510006， China） 　　Abstract： Objective To explore the acupoint selection law of vascular dementia （VD） treated with acupuncture and moxibustion； To guide clinical treatment. Methods Literature about VD treated with acupuncture and moxibustion in CNKI and VIP database was screened and factor analysis was used for data processing. Results 230 acupoints and acpoint description were shown in 315 articles. The total frequency of acupoints was 2646. Acupoints with frequency of more than 10 times were acupoints with high frequency， with 42 acupoints. The value of KMO was 0.726， which was suitable for factor analysis， and the factor model would be relatively complete. The principal component analysis method was used to extract the total variance table. It could be seen from total variance table that 12 compositions with initial eigen value was greater than 1， in order to extract 12 common factors with the variance contribution rate of 69.498%. Conclusion The acupoint selection of VD treated with acupuncture and moxibustion follows the principle of treatment based on syndrome differentiation and the selection principle and acupoint methods of acupuncture and moxibustion prescription. Acupoints with the functions of tonifying kidney and spleen， awakening and enriching brain， and rel
