基于生态位适宜度武汉市土地利用功能分区研究 　　摘要：土地利用功能分区是第三轮土地利用总体规划修编中新生的一种分区，也是该轮市（地）级土地利用总体规划修编的核心内容。以生态位理论为基础，立足于土地利用需求生态位和现实生态位之间的耦合关系，建立生态位适宜度模型的评价体系，构建土地利用生态位适宜度模型，并借助GIS的空间显示功能，对武汉市进行土地利用功能分区，在空间上予以展示。通过建立生态位适宜度模型，探讨生态位相关理论与模型在城市土地利用中的应用可能性及有效性。结果表明，武汉市的中心城区主要以城镇发展用地、周边城区以农业发展用地为主，青山区、汉阳区和蔡甸区以工业发展为主。生态位相关理论为土地利用分区研究提供了新的技术支撑，可为土地利用结构调整、土地管理以及土地利用规范等提供理论指导。 　　关键词：土地利用；功能分区；生态位适宜度；武汉市 　　中图分类号：F301.2；F290 文献标识码：A 文章编号：0439-8114（2015）13-3302-05 　　DOI：10.14088/j.cnki.issn0439-8114.2015.13.059 　　Land Utilization Functional Zoning Based on the Niche-fitness Model in Wuhan City 　　ZHANG Zong-yao，DONG Jie，YAN Xu-liang 　　（College of Public Management， Huazhong Agricultural University， Wuhan 430070， China） 　　Abstract： Land use functional zoning is a freshman of the third round land-use planning revision in our country. And also it’s the core content of the city （prefecture） level land use planning revision. Based on the niche theory， this paper focused on the coupling between the land-use need niche and reality niche， and established evaluation system of the niche fitness model. Besides， a land-use niche fitness model was constructed. By using the spatial display function of GIS， the result of land-use functional zoning in 13 district of Wuhan city could be demonstrated in space. The purpose of this paper was to establish the niche fitness model and explore the application possibilities and effectiveness of the niche theory in urban land use. The results showed that the land use in central district was mainly for urban development and the land use in the nearby districts was for the agriculture. Qinshan， Hanyang and Caidian distrist laid more emphasis on industry development. It could be seen that the niche theory could provide a new technical support and theoretical guidance for land use zoning study. It also could provide theoretical basis and guidance for the structural adjustment of land use， land management and land use standards. 　　Key words：land utilization； functional part
