复方苦参注射液对卵巢癌化疗患者免疫功能及生存质量影响 　　摘要：目的 观察复方苦参注射液对卵巢癌化疗患者免疫功能及生存质量的影响。方法 将60例卵巢癌化疗患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用紫杉醇加顺铂化疗，观察组在此基础上加复方苦参注射液静脉滴注，共治疗3个周期。观察化疗前1 d与化疗后1周外周静脉血T细胞亚群、NK细胞及体质量、生存质量的变化。结果 观察组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+和NK细胞均不同程度升高，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组化疗后卡氏评分较化疗前增加（P0.05）。结论 复方苦参注射液能有效增强卵巢癌化疗患者的免疫功能，并能增加患者体质量，改善生存质量。 　　关键词：复方苦参注射液；卵巢癌；免疫功能；生存质量 　　DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1005-5304.2015.08.010 　　中图分类号：R273.731 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1005-5304（2015）08-0035-03 　　Effects of Compound Sophorae Flavescentis Radix Injection on Immune Function and Quality of Life in Ovarian Cancer Patients with Chemotherapy CAO Sheng-cheng， ZHANG Hai-sheng， LIU Jiang-ying （Department of Oncology， Fangta TCM Hospital of Songjiang District， Shanghai 201600， China） 　　Abstract：Objective To observe the effects of compound Sophorae Flavescentis Radix （Kushen） Injection on immune function and quality of life in ovarian cancer patients with chemotherapy. Methods Sixty cases of ovarian cancer patients with chemotherapy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Patients in the observation group were treated with paclitaxel plus carboplatin chemotherapy plus compound Kushen Injection for intravenous injection， while the patients in the control group were treated with paclitaxel plus carboplatin chemotherapy for three cycles. Changes in peripheral venous blood， the level of T cell subsets and NK cell， body weight， quality of life of 1 day before chemotherapy and 1 week after chemotherapy were observed. Results The mean values of CD3+， CD4+， CD4+/CD8+ and NK cells in the observation group improved to certain different degrees， with statistical significance compared with the control group （P0.05）. Karnofsky score of the observation group increased after chemotherapy （P0.05）. Conclusion Compound Kushen Injection can effectively enhance the immune function of ovarian cancer patients with chemotherapy， increase the weight of patients， and improve their quality of life. 　　Key words：compound Sophorae
