多种血清肿瘤标志物联合检测在肝癌诊断中应用价值分析 　　x 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨甲胎蛋白（AFP）、糖类抗原125（CA125）、谷氨酰转移酶（GGT）、α-L-岩藻糖苷酶（AFU）联合检测在肝癌诊断中的应用价值。 方法 以80例肝癌患者作为观察组，50例良性肝病患者为良性肝病对照组和30例健康体检者作为正常对照组，对其血液中的AFP、CA125、GGT、AFU进行联合检测。 结果 观察组血清AFP、CA125、GGT、AFU水平明显高于良性肝病对照组及正常对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；良性肝病对照组血清AFP、CA125、GGT、AFU水平较正常对照组高，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组单项阳性检出率从高到低依次为：GGT（71.25%）、AFP（66.25%）、AFU（63.75%）、CA125（61.25%），均低于联合检测（93.75%）（P0.05）。 结论 多种血清肿瘤标志物联合检测能明显提高阳性检出率，对肝癌的诊断具有重要的应用价值，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 肝癌；肿瘤标志物；联合检测 　　[中图分类号] R446.11 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）02（a）-0124-03 　　Application value analysis of combined measurement of serum tumor makers levels in the diagnosis of primary hepatic carcinoma 　　CHEN Zai-xin1 HE Dan2 XIE Ling-ping1 LI Shan-shan3 YE Chang-qin4 FU Wen-jin1 LIU Liang1 ZHANG Xiao-dong1 　　1.Department of Clinical Laboratory，Houjie Hospital of Dongguan City in Guangdong Province，Dongguan 523945，China；2.Department of Pathology，Houjie Hospital of Dongguan City in Guangdong Province，Dongguan 523945，China；3.Department of Oncology，Houjie Hospital of Dongguan City in Guangdong Province，Dongguan 523945，China；4.Department of Blood Transfusion，Houjie Hospital of Dongguan City in Guangdong Province，Dongguan 523945，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate application value of the alpha-fetoprotein（AFP），carbohydrate antigen -125（CA125），glutamyl transferase（GGT）and α-L-fucosidase（AFU）in the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
