头颅CTA成像在囊状颅内动脉瘤破裂风险评估中应用价值 　　[摘要]目的 分析头颅CT血管造影术（CTA）成像在囊状颅内动脉瘤破裂风险评估中的应用价值。方法 选择我院2012年1月～2015年12月收治的囊状动脉瘤患者200例作为研究对象，按照肿瘤破裂情况将患者分成两组，破裂组（n=97）和未破裂组（n=103），采用CTA技术对患者实施颅内检查，对瘤体长度、瘤颈宽度、瘤体深度与瘤颈宽度的比值（AR）值等指标进行检测，并观察子囊情况，对CTA检查结果与颅内动脉瘤破裂之间的相关性展开分析。结果 破裂组患者瘤体长度、瘤颈宽度、AR值、瘤体深度与载瘤动脉直径的比值（SR值）以及动脉瘤倾斜角显著高于未破裂组（P0.05），破裂组有44例患有子囊，发生率为45.36%，未破裂组有14例患有子囊，发生率为13.59%。破裂组子囊发生率高于对照组（P0.05）。结论 颅内动脉瘤破裂与瘤体长度、瘤颈宽度、AR值、SR值、动脉瘤倾斜角以及子囊情况有关，瘤体越长、瘤颈越宽、发生子囊等均会增加破裂风险，临床应对其给予足够的重视。 　　[关键词]头颅CT血管造影术；囊状动脉瘤；破裂风险；形态学分析 　　[中图分类号] R651.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）10（c）-0064-03 　　The application value of CTA imaging in the risk assessment of cystic intracranial aneurysm rupture 　　ZHOU Jian WEI Jiang-ping▲ YU Ju-hong LI Zi-cong 　　CT Room，Jiangxi Provincial People′s Hospital，Jiangxi Province，Nanchang 330006，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To analyze the application value of CTA imaging in the risk assessment of cystic intracranial aneurysm rupture.Methods From January 2012 to December 2015，200 patients with cystic aneurysms were enrolled as research objects.According to rupture of aneurysms，they were divided into rupture group （n=97） and non-rupture group （n=103）.The CTA technique was used to detect the length of aneurysm and width of aneurysm neck，AR value，etc.The condition of ascus was observed and the correlation of CTA inspection result and IA rupture was analyzed.Results In the rupture group，the length of aneurysm and width of aneurysm neck，AR，SR，and aneurysm tilt angle were all significantly higher than those in the non-rupture group （P0.05）.In the rupture group，44 cases were occurred with ascus and the incidence was 45.36%，while in the non-rupture group，14 ones were occurred with ascus and the rate was 13.59%.The incidence of ascus in the rupture group was higher than that in the control group （P0.05）.Conclusion The rupture of intracranial aneurysms is related with the length of aneurysm，the width of aneurysm neck，AR value，SR value，aneurysm tilt angle，and the condition of ascus.Longer
