头颈部肿瘤同期放化疗全程营养管理临床观察 　　[摘要]目的 探?全程营养管理对头颈部肿瘤患者同期放化疗疗效及放化疗前后营养的影响。方法 将我科2014年1月～2017年11月收治的66例头颈部肿瘤同期放化疗患者，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组各33例。对照组患者按照临床常规方式处理，观察组患者在放化疗过程中及放化疗后1个月给予全程营养管理。比较两组患者的放化疗疗效和放化疗前后的营养状况。结果 观察组患者放化疗总有效率为93.9%，显著高于对照组（72.7%），差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.345，P=0.021）；放化疗前，两组患者各营养学指标比较，差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）；放化疗结束时，两组患者体质量、血红蛋白、清蛋白以及前清蛋白等营养学指标较放疗前均有所降低，但观察组患者体质量、血红蛋白、清蛋白以及前清蛋白等营养学指标均高于同期对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 全程营养管理能改善头颈部肿瘤同期放化疗患者营养状况，保证患者对放化疗的依从性，有利于提高临床疗效。 　　[关键词]营养干预；头颈部肿瘤；放疗；化疗 　　[中图分类号] R473.73 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）4（b）-0060-03 　　Clinical observation of whole-process nutrition management on concurrent chemoradiotherapy for head and neck neoplasm 　　WU Jian WU Kun-peng LIU Zhuo-xing 　　Department of Oncology，People′s Hospital of Heyuan City，Guangdong Province，Heyuan 517000，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of whole-process nutrition management on concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy and influence on the nutritional status before and after radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with head and neck neoplasm.Methods A total of 66 patients with head and neck tumors treated with concurrent chemoradiotherapy in our department from January 2014 to November 2017 were divided into observation group and control group by a random number table，33 cases in each group.In the control group，the clinical routine method was used，in the observation group，the whole-process nutrition management was provided during and one month after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The radiochemotherapy efficacy and nutritional status before and after radiotherapy and chemotherapy were compared between the two groups.Results The total effectiveness rate of radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the observation group was 93.9%，significantly higher than that in the control group accounting for 72.7%（χ2=5.345，P=0.021）.Before radiotherapy and chemotherapy，the nutritional indicators of the two groups were not displayed statistical significance after comparison（P0.05）.At the end o
