孟鲁司特钠对小儿反复呼吸道感染免疫调节作用观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨孟鲁司特钠对小儿反复呼吸道感染的免疫调节作用。方法 将2011年12月～2012年11月于本院进行常规治疗的52例小儿反复呼吸道感染患者作为对照组，并将同期以常规治疗加孟鲁司特钠进行治疗的52例患儿选为观察组，然后分别于治疗前与治疗后12周检测及比较两组患儿的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及红细胞免疫指标水平。结果 治疗前两组外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及红细胞免疫指标水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P 0.05），而治疗后12周观察组上述指标水平均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 孟鲁司特钠对小儿反复呼吸道感染的免疫调节作用较大，对于患儿疾病的治疗起到积极的作用。 　　[关键词] 孟鲁司特钠；小儿反复呼吸道感染；免疫调节 　　[中图分类号] R974 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）06（c）-0080-02 　　Observation on the immunomodulatory effects of montelukast sodium for the children with recurrent respiratory tract infection 　　WEI Songqing WANG Manzhi 　　Pediatrics Department of the Center Hospital in Changsha City， Hunan Province， Changsha 410000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the immunomodulatory effects of montelukast sodium for the children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods Fifty two children with recurrent respiratory tract infection and treated with conventional therapy in our hospital from December 2011 to November 2012 were as the control group，52 cases treated with conventional therapy and montelukast sodium at the same time were as the observation group，then the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and erythrocyte immune indexes of two groups were respectively detected and compared before the treatment and at 12th week after the treatment.Results The peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and erythrocyte immune indexes of two groups before the treatment were compared，the difference was not significant （P 0.05），while those indexes of observation group at 12th week after the treatment were obviously better than those of control group （P 0.05）.Conclusion The immunomodulatory effects of montelukast sodium for the children with recurrent respiratory tract infection is great，and it plays an active role in the treatment of children. 　　[Key words] Montelukast sodium；Children with recurrent respiratory tract infection；Immunomodulatory effects 　　反复呼吸道感染是小儿的常见病之一，其不仅可导致患儿出现呼吸道感染的相关症状体征，且长期反复的感染状态还可导致患儿的生长发育相对较差，因此尽快控制患
