摘要 : 目前 ,我国的高等教育正处在深化改革的时期 ,而计划经济年代的高校财务管理意识 、
管理体制和运行机制 , 已难以适应新形势的要求 。因此就现阶段高校财务管理存在的问题及其
成因进行了初步分析 ,并提出了相应对策 。
