妈富隆在人工流产术后临床应用观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨妈富隆在人工流产术后的临床应用效果。方法 回顾性分析我院收治的行人工流产手术患者的临床资料，根据患者术后处理方法不同分为治疗组和对照组，其中对照组患者术后仅行常规防感染治疗，治疗组患者在对照组的基础上给予妈富隆治疗。结果 治疗组患者术后阴道出血时间明显短于对照组，月经恢复快，平均月经持续天数短，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗组患者的并发症发生率9.33%，显著低于对照组患者的24.00%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 妈富隆于人工流产术后可显著降低术后并发症的发生，促进术后患者恢复，临床效果明显。 　　[关键词] 妈富隆；人工流产；宫腔粘连；术后并发症 　　[中图分类号] R169.4[文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1673-9701（2014）15-0148-02 　　Observation of the application of marvelon on artificial abortion in postoperative 　　DONG Jinhua1 ZHU Yanhua2 　　1.Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology， the Third People’s Hospital of Shantou City in Guangdong Province， Shantou 515073， China； 2. Methods The clinical data of artificial abortion in our hospital was taken for retrospective analysis. According to the different processing methods after surgery， they were divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group was only treated with routine postoperative infection， the treatment group was treated with marvelon treatment on the basis of the control group. Results The postoperative vaginal bleeding time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group， and with faster recovery period and the short average number of last days for menstruation. The results had significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）. The complications occurred in the treatment group was 9.33%， was significantly lower than the control group of 24.00%（P0.05）.
