活血润肠软胶囊对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学影响 　　[摘要] 目的 观察活血润肠软胶囊对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的影响。 方法 取实验大鼠98只，随机分为7组，每组14只，即正常对照组、急性血瘀模型组、通便灵胶囊组（阳性A）[0.134 g/（kg?d）]、阿司匹林肠溶片组（阳性B）[0.05 mg/（kg?d）]、活血润肠软胶囊大剂量组（5.0 g生药/kg）、中剂量组（2.5 g生药/kg）、小剂量组（1.25 g生药/kg）。按照大鼠重量灌胃给药，正常对照组和急性血瘀模型组灌胃给予等体积的生理盐水，其他组动物按所设剂量每日灌胃给药1次，连续给药7 d，于第7天给药1 h后，除正常对照组和急性血瘀模型组外所有大鼠制备大鼠急性血瘀症模型，所有各组动物禁食18～24 h。取大鼠腹主动脉血，测定血液流变学指标的变化。 结果 急性血瘀模型组的全血黏度与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 活血润肠软胶囊具有一定的活血化瘀作用。 　　[关键词] 活血润肠软胶囊；血液流变学；影响 　　[中图分类号] R285.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）07（c）-0007-03 　　Effect of Huoxue Runchang Soft Capsule on hemorheology in rat model of acute blood stasis and mesenteric microcirculation 　　GUO Jin-jia1，2 DANG Xiao-wei3 LI Jun1，2 ZHANG Guang-xing1 WANG Chun-min1，2 LIU Yang1 　　1.Jingfukang Pharmaceutical Group Company Limited，Hebei Province，Chengde 067000，China；2.The New Excipients of Traditional Chinese Medicine Engineering Research Center of Hebei，Hebei Province，Chengde 067000，China；3.Chengde Nursing Vacationgnal College，Hebei Province，Chengde 067000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of Huoxue Runchang Soft Capsule on hemorheology in rat model of acute blood stasis and mesenteric microcirculation. Methods Ninety-eight experimental rats were divided into seven groups at random，namely the normal control group，the urgent blood stasis syndrome group，Tongbianling Capsule group （A） [0.134 g/（kg?d）]，Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets group （B） [0.05 mg/（kg?d）]，low dose group （1.25 g crude drug/kg），middle dose group （2.5 g crude drug/kg） and large dose group （5.0 g crude drug/kg） of Huoxue Runchang Soft Capsule.All drugs were administrated by intragastric administyrtion according to the weight of rats.The normal control group and the urgent blood stasis syndrome group were given an equal volume of normal saline.Other groups were orally administrated with Huoxue Runchang Soft Capsule for 7 days.The urgent blood stasis syndrome model was prepared by all rats but the normal control group and the urgent blood stas
