Abstract
The companys core staff is the main creator of its value, also is the power and resource of enterprise development and expansion, and sustainable competitive advantages. It plays a very important role in the management of the enterprise and development. In recent years, the enterprise have paid more and more attention to the career development of the core staff, and taken all kinds of measures to improve the job satisfaction of core staff. However, with the development of society and the competition intensifies of the market, the enterprise employee career development was limited seriously, especially the development of enterprise core staff. It is mainly displayed that the core staff will step down to a career development stagnant plateau period when the profession of the key employees develope to a certain extent. It is a puzzling problem to the enterprise management, but, they have to face it.
Since Ference proposed the concept of professional plateau from the point of view of professional promotion in 1997 the foreign scholars, commonly have focused on the phenomenon of the enterprise staffs professional plateau.But the research in our country is relatively less, especially the professional plateau phenomenon of core employees is much less. It is very necessary to discuss the relationship of the core staffs career plateau and job satisfaction in combination with the background of the enterprise human resources management.
In this paper the core employees of the X new material company are the research object. On the basis of related research results at home and abroad, the literature analysis method, empirical research and statistical analysis are applied to research the influencial factors of occupational plateau and demographic variable and professional plateau and the relationship between the different dimensions, and the influence factors of job satisfaction, professional plateau and its dimensions on job satisfaction to the influence of furthe
