II II STRATEGY OF BANK POST-LOAN CREDIT RISK MANAGEMENT FOR XYNNBANK CORPORATE CREDIT BUSINESS ABSTRACT The international economy has entered a complex environment since 2008 global financial crisis. As China increasing its economic openness to the world, domestic economy is also trending to fluctuate with the world economy. As one of the most crucial industries in market-oriented economy, China’s banking industry has received more and more influence from the external environment. Being one of the bank’s essential components, Risk Management has shown its importance to the banking industry. For many cases, inadequate of bank loan management is a critical weaknesses in commercial banking risk management. Therefore, it is necessary for the bank to go through in-depth analysis for the bank loan management and identify reasonable advices and proposals to enhance the post-loan management. This paper summarizes the author’s own experience in the bank loan management, provides case analysis based on XYNNbank’s post-loan management and analyzes the problems that exist in Industrial Bank’s loan risk management. In author’s opinion, there are some issues in XYNNbank’s current post-loan management system. For instance: Lack of loan management consciousness, which is affecting the effectiveness of post-loan management Lack of loan management execution power (3)Lack of default risk warning capabilities (4)Distemperedness of incentive and accountability system for post-loan management. In order to identify the methods to improve XYNNbank’s post-loan management system, this paper will first focus on introducing and summarizing the post-loan management experiences from domestic and foreign banks, which have advanced post-loan management systems. The paper will then provide strategies and advices, based on the issues that exist in XYNNbank’s post-loan management system.
